Our sixth residential building is being built in the fourth phase of Budapest's newest mixed-use neighbourhood. The neighbourhood of the XI. district also includes the Kopaszi Dam and the Lágymányosi Bay.

The neighborhood is designed so that office buildings will surround residential buildings along the boundary roads, and these two functions will be complemented by a pedestrian only shopping street and many catering facilities.
